You cannot pursue a vague goal and expect to achieve it. Learn Mandarin the next step is to learn the language used by the natives. You cannot win a legal battle in China if you’re speaking English or French. With no real direction of what to be achieved on the short-term, you will easily get distracted and frustrated.In making the steps measurable, check what exactly is to be achieved throughout the stages. If academic s, aim for higher than the average. If the average student scores 85 out of 100, aim for 90%.It can also be an idea worth implementing to define a second-best score for yourself.
